By e-mail: a few questions if needed, then you sign our terms and a SEPA mandate online.

Your subscriber area is created. You order the service there and pay the first instalment by card; the next ones are direct-debited.

Good to know
MilkyWan offers data-only 4G and 5G plans, usable anywhere in mainland France. They are a practical solution for a backup link, a connection at a remote site, or any equipment that only needs mobile internet, with no voice or SMS.
How it works
The SIMs are supplied with our partner NetSyst and carried to our network. Your traffic reaches the Internet through AS2027, with our IP addresses, as on fibre and tunnels.
With a white-label reseller, traffic leaves through the mobile operator’s network, with that operator’s addresses.
What you need
As with our other offers, we do not supply a router or a box: you use your own 4G/5G equipment and are responsible for it.
Terms
Data top-up: you can top up any amount of data on any plan (an Orange top-up only applies to an Orange plan, and likewise for SFR): adding 1 GB to a 125 GB plan, or 125 GB to a 1 GB plan. The price of a top-up is that of the matching allowance in the configurator above. For example, topping up 10 GB costs the same as a 10 GB subscription. The top-up is valid until the end of the current month and is paid by bank card through our Univers portal.
A public IPv4 address is available as an option.
Limits
- These plans are IPv4 only: IPv6 is not available on the mobile data service.
- Coverage depends on the network of the chosen operator (Orange or SFR) in mainland France.
