    How it works

    1. You check your address

You make your request from the check result, with the plan you chose.

    2. A volunteer replies

By e-mail: a few questions if needed, then you sign our terms and a SEPA mandate online.

    3. You order in Univers

Your subscriber area is created. You order the service there and pay the first instalment by card; the next ones are direct-debited.

    4. Service delivery

Usually 3 to 6 weeks, not guaranteed: the connection depends on the wholesale operator. No monthly fee until it is delivered.

    Good to know

We offer our subscribers FTTH and FTTLA access across mainland France, carried on our own IP network, AS2027. We cover mainland France, Corsica included, as long as you are eligible for the access technology you want.

    How it works

Lines are backhauled through a backhaul operator, which carries the traffic between your line and our network. This backhaul is sometimes provided through an intermediary, for cost reasons. It is always named, for transparency.

For FTTH and FTTLA, we currently offer our plans in 2 modes:

    • Regional backhaul: we go through a public-initiative network (RIP*) or a local operator we work with directly.
    • National backhaul: we use the network of a major national operator (Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom, Free) or of a wholesale operator (Kosc, Axione, CityFast).
    * The departments covered by public-initiative networks (RIP) do not include AMII areas (the large towns of the department, where private operators deploy fibre themselves). These are, however, covered by one of the national plans.

We include Netrix anti-DDoS protection on all our FTTH and FTTLA links.

With a MilkyWan Internet access plan you also get access to several TV channels: the included TV channels.

    What you need

We do not supply a router or a box: our subscribers use their own equipment, compatible with the access technologies of their plan, and are responsible for it working properly. If you see that as an advantage, welcome. If it sounds like a constraint, our offers are probably not for you.

    Terms

Check my address to see whether you are eligible and request a subscription.

Plans with a minimum term: a payment of 3 months’ subscription in advance is required at sign-up. These 3 months are refunded as credit notes over the last 3 months of the minimum term. This reduces the financial risk (sometimes close to €1,000) for the association.

Internet access is subject to French law and each subscriber must not disrupt the rest of the network.

More information is available in the FAQ.

    Limits

No relocation is possible: you must subscribe to a new line and pay the setup fee again, and the minimum term remains due.
