System

How it works

  1. You send your request

Your configuration is attached. Nothing to pay at this stage.

  2. A volunteer replies

By e-mail: a few questions if needed, then you sign our terms and a SEPA mandate online.

  3. You order in Univers

Your subscriber area is created. You order the service there and pay the first instalment by card; the next ones are direct-debited.

  4. Service delivery

A few minutes after your Univers account is created: the machine is created and started automatically.

Good to know

A virtual machine on our clustered Proxmox hypervisors, behind the MilkyWan network.

How it works

Your VMs can be linked by private VLANs, at no cost, including between two different cities. These VLANs run at MTU 9000 (8,950 bytes of IP for a network going through Geneva or Lille), up to 5 networks per subscriber, and can also reach your housing, through a dedicated port (backlink).

Debian, Ubuntu or Rocky Linux installed for you; your own image on request (RouterOS with your licence, BSD, other).

NAT64 serves as a fallback to native IPv6. No throttling; hypervisors interconnected at n×10G or n×40G.

Terms

A public IPv4 address is optional.

BGP transit option: you announce your AS and prefixes from the VM, with 10 Mbit/s committed, for €5 per month incl. VAT. Above that, you need IP transit.
