How it works
- You send your request
Your configuration is attached. Nothing to pay at this stage.
- A volunteer replies
By e-mail: a few questions if needed, then you sign our terms and a SEPA mandate online.
- You order in Univers
Your subscriber area is created. You order the service there and pay the first instalment by card; the next ones are direct-debited.
- Service delivery
A few minutes after your Univers account is created: the hosting and the zone are created automatically.

From Univers, your subscriber area, you manage the site, databases and email addresses.
Your domain name stays with your registrar. For the DNS zone, you choose: keep your zone and add our records, or hand it to us, and it is hosted by us, DNSSEC-signed and managed in Univers.
Domain redirect
Free, up to 10 per contract: another of your domains redirects to the hosting’s domain, as a permanent redirect (301), over http and https, www included, keeping the path. Its DNS zone is hosted by us, DNSSEC-signed if you wish. For that domain’s mail, you choose: none, all mail to one of your addresses with us, or, if your domain has its mail with us, each address to the same address on your domain (contact@ to contact@). You order it in Univers, then manage it from the service page.
Limits
For a high-traffic site or special needs, a virtual machine is a better fit.
